Salary: Steno aage hai
Regular post par Stenographer Grade-III ka pay level (Level 6) Clerk (Level 3) se kaafi upar hai. Shuruaati basic me hi har mahine ₹5,000 se zyada ka farak hai, aur DA aur allowances usi basic par lagte hain, isliye asli farak isse bhi zyada hota hai. Contract par lage candidates ko dono posts me sarkar ki fixed remuneration milti hai, isliye notification me post ki category zaroor dekhein.
Skill test: yahi asli farak hai
- Clerk ka typing test 1 se 2 mahine ki roz practice se clear ho jaata hai. Hindi typing Kruti Dev font me hoti hai, isliye usi layout par practice karo.
- Steno ka shorthand 80 wpm ek saal ki lagatar practice maangta hai. Agar aapko abhi shorthand nahi aati, to is bharti me steno ka form sirf "try" ke liye mat bharo. Clerk par focus karo aur shorthand agle saal ke liye seekhna shuru karo.
- Agar aapko shorthand aati hai, to Steno me competition kam aur salary zyada hai. Yeh post aapke liye better deal hai.
Syllabus: 80% common
Dono ke written paper me English, Hindi, General Knowledge with Himachal GK, reasoning aur computer aate hain. Farak:
- Clerk: maths (aptitude) bhi aata hai; Hindi aur English dono me barabar pakad chahiye.
- Steno: English grammar aur legal vocabulary par zyada zor, kyunki dictation English me hoti hai; computer section bhi bada hota hai.
Isliye ek hi written taiyari dono ke kaam aati hai. Topic-wise syllabus: HP High Court syllabus 2026.
Dono form bhar sakte hain?
