HP High Court Process Server Written Exam: Hindi Essay & English Letter — Format, Topics & Model Answers

HP High Court ki 2022–23 Process Server bharti me screening test ke baad ek 40 marks ka likhit paper tha: Hindi nibandh (25 marks) aur English application ya letter (15 marks). Model nibandh: "Lok adalat: sasta aur sulabh nyay"

Bhumika: "Nyay me deri, nyay se inkaar hai." Adalaton me lambit mukadmon ka bojh kam karne aur aam aadmi ko jaldi nyay dilane ke liye Bharat me lok adalat ki vyavastha ki gayi hai.

Lok adalat kya hai: Lok adalat Vidhik Seva Pradhikaran Adhiniyam, 1987 ke antargat lagti hai. Isme dono paksh aapsi samjhaute se vivad sulajhate hain. Iska faisla adalat ki decree ki tarah maanya hota hai aur iske viruddh apeel nahi hoti.

Labh: isme koi court fee nahi lagti, aur agar pehle se jama ho to wapas mil jaati hai. Bijli-paani ke bill, bank karz, motor durghatna claim aur parivarik vivad jaise maamle ek hi din me nipat jaate hain. Garib aur gaon ke logon ke liye yeh sabse aasaan raasta hai.

Himachal me: Himachal Pradesh Rajya Vidhik Seva Pradhikaran samay-samay par rashtriya lok adalat lagata hai, jisme hazaron maamle ek din me nipataye jaate hain. Door-daraz ke pahadi ilakon ke logon ka samay aur paisa dono bachta hai.

Chunautiyan: kai log iske baare me jaante nahi, aur gambhir aapradhik maamle isme nahi sune ja sakte.

Upsanhar: lok adalat "sabke liye nyay" ke sankalp ko saakar karti hai. Iske prati jagrukta badhane ki zaroorat hai, taaki har nagrik jaldi aur saste nyay ka laabh utha sake.

Practice ke waqt aise hi 250 se 300 shabdon me, 25 se 30 minute me nibandh likho.

English application / letter (15 marks): format

Formal letter ka dhaancha:

1. Sender ka address (ya "Examination Hall" agar naam-pata likhne ki manaahi ho)
2. Date
3. Receiver: designation aur address (jaise The District and Sessions Judge, Shimla)
4. Subject: ek line me
5. Salutation: Sir / Madam
6. Body: 3 chhote paragraph (kaaran, detail, request)
7. Closing: Yours faithfully, naam ki jagah "ABC" (agar paper me kaha ho)

Galtiyan jo marks kaat'ti hain: subject line na likhna, "Yours faithfully" ki jagah "Yours lovingly", ek hi lamba paragraph, aur apna asli naam likhna jab manaahi ho.

Sir,

With reference to the above suit, I visited the house of the defendant, Shri XYZ, village Dansa, on 12 and 14 November 2026 to serve the summons.

On both days the house was found locked. The neighbours stated that the defendant has gone to Chandigarh for treatment and is likely to return after two weeks. I affixed a copy of the summons on the outer door in the presence of two witnesses, whose names are given on the back of the summons.

The summons is returned unserved for further orders.
